Over the past decade, the company has significantly expanded its export activity, strengthening its presence across the Balkan region and EU markets. As part of its ongoing growth, we are seeking an Exports Sales Executive (B2B) who will be responsible for developing sales and managing business growth in the Balkan region.


The position



The selected candidate will work at the company's offices in Thessaloniki. In case you are selected, your main duties will include:


  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B customers and key accounts
  • Identifying and onboarding new business partners to expand the company's market presence
  • Traveling within the assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets by presenting tailored solutions to both new and existing customers
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance performance
  • Participating in industry exhibitions and events to represent the company and explore new opportunities
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors, and providing insightful reports.


Your profile



To be qualified for the job, you must possess the following skills and requirements:


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food or raw materials industry
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian or Serbian is preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly in the Balkan region
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude.
